Physical Therapy Technician Good Life Physical Therapy is a locally owned outpatient physical therapy practice with three clinics in Grand Rapids.
We have a strong emphasis on manual physical therapy including Active Release Techniques, ASTYM, Spinal Manipulation and Functional Dry Needling.
We believe that our focus on individualized care, combined with our skills in manual therapy, set us apart from other physical therapy experiences.

We are looking for a driven, hardworking physical therapy tech who shows a *strong interest in furthering themselves in the field of physical therapy.

The ideal candidates will be interested and available in working *16-20 set hours weekly for the winter semester*, but we may flex that dependent on our candidate pool.
There is also opportunity to fill a part-time front desk position in addition to the tech position hours.
Job requirements: * Professional and courteous interactions with patients and staff * Knowledge and understanding of physical therapy practices and patient care * Exercise training, either formal or informal * Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative * Excellent time management and multitasking skills * Spanish speaking preferred * College education in exercise science or related field preferred Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Leading patients through prescribed exercises * Correcting patients on proper exercise technique * Being able to work with multiple patients at once * Effectively communicating with Physical Therapists * Maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities * Cleaning linens and keeping patients rooms stocked * Assisting with front desk coverage * Answering phones * Greeting patients * Checking patients in and out * Helping with administrative and clerical duties when needed * Attending occasional marketing events with Physical Therapists * Performing any other tech duties as needed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.
