Youth Treatment Specialist Aide (FT)
The Youth Treatment Specialist Aide is responsible for administrative duties in the unit as well providing daily care, counsel and supervision to the adolescents living within a residential treatment program.
This position assists in overseeing the treatment programs of individual residents and managing the daily operations of the residential unit though administrative work as well as supervision of youth ages 17-19.
Schedule: 4 weekdays 7am-3pm, and every other weekend rotating between 1st and 2nd shift
Qualifications:
Applicant must be at least 20 years of age.
High school diploma required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Additional education and/or certification in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field preferred.
Prior experience supervising adolescents with emotional/behavioral disorders preferred.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose, and objective of the agency.
