The *Quality Systems Administrator* is responsible for the maintenance, retrieval and communication of formal documents.
Under the supervision of the Director of Quality, this position will maintain, update and review controlled documents and manage records in accordance with regulatory standards and company policy.
*Primary Duties:*
* Develop and maintain controlled documents including quality system policies, procedures, work instructions, forms and job descriptions in physical and digital records.
* Update and review documents in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards, reviewing and implementing document change requests with appropriate approvals.
* Assist in the development of technical instructional documents, providing clear and concise instructions that meet customer specifications and criteria.
* Update and maintain engineering/paint specifications for the Approved Specification List.
* Perform inspections and prepare for AAR submissions.
* Develop, manage and submit PPAPs to customers.
* Maintain Flow Chart, Control Plans, and PFMEAs.
* Accurately identify and effectively communicate any issues with data.
* Collaborate with the quoting, quality and engineering departments as well as customers and suppliers in the development and maintenance of documents.
*Secondary Duties:*
* Administrative Maintenance including Data Entry
* Update and maintain the company intranet
* Complete internal audits
* Perform all other related duties as assigned
*Job Qualifications*
* HS/GED/Associate’s degree and/or 1 to 3 years of related experience or training
* Proficient with computers and Microsoft software
* Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing
* Experience with PPAP submissions preferred

Pay: $22.
00 - $24.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
