Job Summary Works closely with recruiters on the recruitment of Director and above positions.
Schedules hiring manager and panel interviews, creates interview guides, survey links, candidate feedback documents.
Coordinates and processes invoices.
Demonstrates excellent decision-making abilities coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sourcing and screening passive candidates for high-level positions and source and screen passive candidates on LinkedIn, Indeed and specialty sites.
Also monitoring the marketplace for exciting new talent.
Essential Functions Works closely with Executive Recruiters to construct candidate itineraries that are comprehensive, meaningful and polished, consistently giving the Corewell Health Exceptional Experience.
Coordinates interviews schedules, travel arrangements and facilitates/attends on-site interviews across Corewell Health locations.
Works with hiring manager's Executive Assistant to schedule hiring manager 1:1 interviews and panel interviews.
Create panel interview guides, survey links and candidate feedback documents.
Works with Executive Recruiter to identify prospective candidates, source passive talent, conduct screening interviews and on-board qualified professionals.
These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, posting positions on external job websites, performing related Internet research/mining and providing answers to candidate inquiries.
Initiates independent problem solving and follow-up with recruiters or leadership as needed.
Maintains liaison with all levels of executive administration and outside organizations.
Function as a liaison between Executive Recruitment department and outside Recruitment Firms.
Provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to passive candidates regarding Corewell Health opportunities.
Positively and accurately positions Corewell Health’s culture and career opportunities.
Coordinates and processes invoices.
