Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist provides administrative support to the facilities and Human Resources related to human resource needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Some College Experience Preferred
Licenses/Certification:
PHR certification Preferred
Experience:
4 years of experience in an office environment.
Experience with Human Resource Matters
Essential Functions:
Provides guidance and direction to Corporate Benefits Coordinators
Complete Workers Compensation Management
Assists with Policy and Procedure Creation, Modification and Review
Payroll Service Management.
Information Technology and Support Liaison with external suppliers
Email Administrative Management
Audit personnel files at facilities for compliance
Employee Benefits Analysis
Handbook Management
Official keeper of employee records for Home Office and Regional Supervisors
Attend employee meetings/ trainings, open enrollments as needed
Train, direct and manage PBC in the facilities
Provide guidance and support for all the facilities in all realms of Human Resources
Review facility Disciplinary and make suggestions
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of human resource practices and techniques.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees.
Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
