$750 / 2br - 1000ft2 - Looking for roomate (Grand Rapids)

Hello, I have a single bedroom available in my two bedroom apartment.
I’m pretty laid back and am looking for the right fit.
It’s an alcohol free home.
However, I have both my medical card and vape.
The location is directly behind the Plainfield avenue Meijer.
Doesn’t get much better location wise in my opinion.
If a couple is looking to move in I’d say it’s best we split the rent three ways so it would be $500 each.
For a single person rent is $750.
However, internet and electricity is not included in the price.
My electric bill is usually $50 and internet runs around $75
