I am looking for a roommate (or two, couples are welcome)! I am already approved for the apartment, it is in the Landings at Grand Rapids , need someone to move in with by the end of March 2024.
Had some friends I was supposed to move in with but there were extenuating circumstances.
Pets are okay, I do have two cats so they have to be able to get along! I am a very clean person and expect you to be as well.
Total rent is $850 (this includes water and pet fee), I already have wifi set up which is $100, electric changes depending on usage since it is not included in the rent, but altogether, split two ways, you're looking at roughly $825 a month.
These images are not the exact unit as it is undergoing renovations.
Completely renovated, hardwood floors, it is an upstairs unit.
