Honda Accord 2005 - $1,700 (Cannonsburg)

219,000 miles, starts and runs good.
It does have a major oil leak, I add every other week.
When accelerating quickly and at high speeds it sometimes hesitates.
It is most likely a problem with the air throttle control valve, it was replaced about a year ago, but the problem continued a few months later.
There was a heavy smoker in the car a couple years ago, there is still some staining on the interior.
The cruise control does not work.
The original radio does not work, but I added a small newer one that works fine, but only the tweeter speakers work.
Only the driver windshield wiper works, with no wiper fluid tube attached.
