0L Vortec V8 (LQ9) 345HP engine, AWD (4X4), engine and power train are in excellent condition with 175k miles.
Lightly used and not abused two-owner truck, purchased six years ago from an older couple that drove it back and forth from Grand Haven to Florida.
All routine and schedules maintenance performed on time (Mobil1 Synthetic only), all fuel and brake lines are new.
Added air lift kit, All Terrain tires with good tread, brakes/suspension good, awesome Winter vehicle! Fresh Oil change, spark plugs/wires and suspension lubed.
Clean title in hand, ready for transfer.
Selling because needed 3rd row (already have new vehicle, not looking for trade).
Body has MI rust.
Frame has life left in it.
Underside has been stripped of rust/primed/painted, annual touchup of RP-342 oil undercoat to combat the salt.
Issues: Driver handle return spring (need to push it in sometimes after opening door), two door trim pieces popped off (as seen in pics), manual parking brake cable broken, one rear parking sensor cable broken, and faulty front pass.
wheel speed sensor (I disable traction control to bypass, does not affect ABS or AWD).
All of these haven't yet been fixed but could, just wasn't worth the effort for me personally.
Interior in good condition, VERY comfortable.
No rips or tears in leather.
Bose sounds great, 6-disc/factory Nav works, Sirius/XM ready.
Same "Sport Utility Truck" configuration as Chevy Avalanche, rear seats fold flat and midgate opens up to allow for 4'x8' lockable covered storage, or can remove covers and window for tons of hauling space.
Can also remove just the rear window.
Rear hard cover panels in good condition.
