*The Role:* As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our showroom operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients.
Collaborating closely with our experienced sales team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey, from marketing and initial inquiry through the final installation of their window treatments.

*Responsibilities:*
* Warmly greet clients as they enter the showroom and provide assistance with scheduling in-home consultations.
* Qualify leads and coordinate design consultation appointments, effectively showcasing our wide range of products and services.
* Manage marketing projects, including analyzing digital and print materials, to ensure consistent and impactful branding.
* Utilize CRM systems to track lead progress, report on close rates, and continuously refine reporting methodologies to optimize performance.
* Provide valuable support for our Costco roadshow program, with potential opportunities to take on a leadership role and represent our brand with excellence.
* Maintain the professional appearance of the showroom, office, and displays through regular light cleaning and organization.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft OS and familiarity with CRM systems and vendor quoting sites to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated integrity and commitment to upholding company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
