Department: Traditional Undergraduate Adjunct Faculty Office: Grand Rapids Location: Grand Rapids, MI Job ID: 2835270 Cornerstone University is seeking an adjunct instructor to facilitate a Chemistry course for the 2024 Spring Semester currently scheduled to be taught, although subject to change: Lecture MWF 8:45-9:45 AM; Lab Tuesday 2:45-5:45 PM.
CHM-122: General Chemistry II Requirements include a Master’s Degree along with relevant teaching and work experience.

CHM-122 continues General Chemistry I with emphasis on reaction types and rates, electrochemistry, equilibria, group properties, nuclear chemistry and qualitative analysis.
Addresses environmental concerns and safe handling and disposal of chemicals.
Applications of chemical concepts to daily life are emphasized throughout the course.
Review of candidates will begin immediately.
