Position Details Provide client centered supervision, development of staff, program / data oversite and program leadership ensuring provision of quality care, data driven prevention services and community coordination and advocacy.
Position may provide limited direct care activities and / or provide leadership for other Early Childhood focused programing.
Services are client-centered, and are delivered in the home/community.
This position is a combination of supervision and direct-service responsibilities include home visits with families, helping to set and meet goals related to child/family development, parenting and accessing community service.
Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.
An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field required, Masters strongly preferred Knowledge of Health Families America model, Child development and community resources is preferred State License (LBSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.
) - strongly preferred.
Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record 3+ years in working with children and families Prior supervision experience High level of technical skills (electronic health record, MS Office etc) Strong data management and communication skills Bilingual Spanish preferred We understand that candidates may have unique experiences and skills that aren't always reflected in a job description.
