SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Coordinator is highly focused on providing excellent support and service to our school office teams and interested families.
The position is critical to enrollment success and includes managing systems, addressing concerns, and having expertise with the enrollment process from start to finish.
The responsibilities are broad and require a fine balance of focus and flexibility, process and creativity, and tactical thinking with an understanding of goals and strategies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Approve and process applications for new students.
Assist families with registration and processing enrollment forms.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails promptly.
Quickly and thoroughly respond to website inquiries.
Perform data entry by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information.
Provide temporary enrollment support to schools.
Provide remote guidance and direction to school offices as needed
Provide ongoing high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Research and communicate sensitive legal and custodial issues as applicable to enrollment.
Assist Managers and Specialists with special projects and enrollment initiatives.
Support other teams with enrollment-related processes and needs.
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
Process-oriented
Self-directed
Ability to multi-task
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to work well with internal and external customers
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone skills, along with active listening
Excellent computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
