*Job Responsibilities:*
* Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
* Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care
* Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
* Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children, modeling table manners at family style meals.
* Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.
*Requirements:*
* Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
* The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
* Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends!
* Experience working in a licensed childcare facility is a plus but not required – we will train!
