*Instructor Job Description*
❖ Instructors can provide both classroom and/or in-vehicle training
❖ Instructors will facilitate an interactive learning experience through group activity, discussion, and lecture in the classroom
❖ Provide ongoing feedback to both students and parents as the students improve their driving skills
❖ All Star’s proprietary curriculum, materials and lesson plans are all provided

❖ *Starting pay range is $18.
00-$22.
00/hour depending on credentials and experience*

*Job Requirements*
❖ Candidates must have a safe driving record and *pass a background check* and *drug screen*
❖ Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
❖ Successful completion of \*Instructor Preparation Program (IPP)\*
\* What is the Instructor Preparation Program (IPP)?\*
This program teaches you to become a state certified driver education instructor in less than 4 months.
Our Instructor Preparation Program course consists of four easy to handle modules;
