Position Title: Affiliate Faculty of Practice or Instruction in Finance
Summary: Grand Valley State University Seidman College of Business Finance Department invites applications for an Affiliate Faculty of Practice or Instruction beginning in Fall 2024.
Initial appointments are for one year, with potential for one-year renewals for a second year, with potential subsequent three-year renewable appointments, depending on department need.
Applicants are expected to have earned a Master’s degree in Finance, or a closely related field from an AACSB or equivalently accredited institution by August 2024, and be interested in teaching in both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
All teaching interests in Finance will be considered.

Responsibilities:
The typical teaching load is 24 credit hours per academic year with a possible three (3) credit reassignment of time to meet AACSB's required research and service responsibilities.
Effective teaching at potentially both undergraduate and graduate levels.
Provide service to the department, college, university, and community commensurate with rank and college accreditation requirements.
Engage in research and professional activities commensurate with rank and college accreditation requirements.
