School Based Mental Health Clinician- Kelloggsville Southeast Elementary

Do you have a passion for providing therapy to students in a school setting? Family Outreach Center (FOC) is hiring for a full- time therapist (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, etc.
) that is based at Southeast Elementary School in the Kelloggsville School District.
This position is primarily during school hours, but must have flexibility to meet with students/parents after school as needed.
At FOC we value creating a strong team of clinicians that grow together in their clinical skills.
You will receive comprehensive and trauma-informed supervision as we work together to strengthen the lives of the clients and families in the school setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1.
assessing mental health and substance use disorders using the DSM-5 diagnostic code; 2.
incorporating and maintaining a person/family centered treatment planning approach with children/families; 3.
developing and implementing clinical interventions appropriate to the identified needs of the child/adolescent and family; 4.
providing referrals for psychiatric, community, and other supportive services; 5.
capable of working independently while maintaining an active case load; 6.
ability to complete all required clinical reports within deadlines; 7.
Other duties as requested/delegated by supervisor/director.
Requirement for application: Education: Master’s (required) License: LLMSW or LMSW (or equivalent) State Licensure Other: Bilingual in in Spanish and English preferred but not required.
Experience – Experience providing services to children, adolescents, and families preferred.
