Great condition except for a water mark on the bottom from when they had it laid out in basement area- see pic, which isn't visible from the top.
There's also a small worn area in 1 corner- see pic.
Since the prior owners were in process of moving, they hadn't vacuumed it before they rolled it up and placed it in their garage.
So, it'll likely need to be cleaned some to your satisfaction.

Delivery is available, however, due to it's size and weight, you'll need to come help me move/load it into my beater truck.
