Post Judgement Garnishment Specialist

Velo Law is a multi-state Creditors’ Rights law firm, headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
We are seeking a full time Post Judgement Garnishment Specialist to help with our consistently growing practice.
*Key Responsibilities* * Handle Garnishee and Court Inquiries.
* Handle account and action reviews.
* Edit, review, and prepare documents.
* Proofread documents for accuracy and prepare for final mailing.
* All other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:* * Dependable with a strong work ethic.
* Knowledge of legal procedures.
* Detail oriented and well organized.
* Possesses the means to multi-task and function in a high volume, and deadline driven environment.
* Committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
* Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Capacity to communicate with co-workers at all levels in the company and a team player.
* Adept in Microsoft Office, (knowledge of JST and Call Tower a plus).
* Ability to communicate with Garnishee(s), Court(s), and/or other authorized or related parties- regarding status and handling of the Post Judgment action.
*Education:* * High school or equivalent education.
