Grand Rapids, Michigan based Creditors' Rights law firm is seeking an associate attorney to help with its multi-state practice.
Applicant will be responsible for attending 5 to 10 civil court hearings throughout the State of Michigan each week, preparing legal pleadings, legal research, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
Candidate should be licensed to practice law (0+ years) in the State of Michigan.
Candidates licensed to practice law in Ohio, Indiana, or Montana are also encouraged to apply.
Candidate must be organized, hardworking, and committed to learning the interworking of a very specialized field.
