Legal Assistants Legal Assistants assist with the operational workflow and support attorneys in a variety of tasks.
Duties may include preparing files for suit and other judicial pleadings and requests, following up with courts and other third parties regarding submission and filing statuses, and assisting attorneys with all states of the litigation and collection process.
