Qualifications: * Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational / project management skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in data entry and using computer software for bookkeeping tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Familiarity with document management systems and proofreading techniques.
* Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Mail merge, DocuSign).
* Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
Responsibilities: * Assist in managing financial records, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping.
* Support tax prep and distribution of tax documents as needed.
* Assist investors in filling out subscription agreements accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed properly for each investment.
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files of financing-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping regulations.
* Track and collect investment interest from prospective investors, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
* Assist in processing payments and contributions from investors.
* Keep investor records up to date with changes in contact information, investment preferences, and other relevant details.
This position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
