is seeking an Associate Attorney with *3+ years* of personal injury defense litigation experience for the Firm's *Grand Rapids* office.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following: * Independently handle 1st and 3rd party auto litigation is *_required_*; * Development of case strategy and advise Firm clients accordingly; * Preparation of Motions, Briefs, Case Evaluation Summaries, and Facilitation Summaries; * Ability to conduct discovery, including written discovery and taking and defending depositions; * Working in both State and Federal Courts; *Experience* * Prior experience with tracking billable hours is *_preferred but not required_*; * Prior Trial experience is *_preferred not required_* *Skills/Qualifications* * Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan *Employment* * Full time/Hybrid Job Type: Full-time Pay: $74,469.
