The applicant must be organized, proficient with numbers, personable, and will be responsible to prepare and process many landlord-tenant cases.
This will include significant client contact.

Other responsibilities may include:
--bank deposits and financial data entry, tracking and paying bills,
--generating the firm’s invoices and statements
-- Maintaining case files and ensuring all documents are properly filed and organized
--Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as needed
-- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court appearances
-- Performing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing calendars, and drafting correspondence
-- Reviewing and organizing documents for discovery and trial preparation
Requirements and preferred qualifications:
--Mathematical proficiency
-- Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment
--Previous experience processing landlord-tenant cases is highly desirable
-- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-- Excellent communication skills
-- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
-- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review
-- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
