Looking for a room to rent for massage

Hello, I do body rubs all over Michigan and Grand Rapids is quickly becoming one of my busiest areas.
So I’m looking to rent a room to work out of.
I will only consider a place that is quiet and clean.
I can offer a free body rub daily (equal to $200) or we can discuss a weekly rate.
I am 100% professional, clean, quiet and drama free.
I won’t be sleeping in the room, just work and go home for the night.
My work hours are usually 2pm-10pm.
