My 12 year old son
and I looking for a furnished house or condo to rent starting around June for up to a year or more if things work out well.
I currently work for The State of Michigan as a case manager assisting citizens with disabilities obtain employment for the past 12 years.
My son will be in 6th grade attending Pinewood Middle School or Crestwood Middle School (Kentwood Public Schools) and would need to live in district to receive busing.
This is a nonnegotiable for us.
I'm 39 years old, very clean, no pets and professional.
I've owned two homes in Kentwood however the current market is such I'm not interested in buying for the next couple years.
I am also very handy.
I have repaired many things at the places that I have rented for the owner such as light switches, thermostats, dryer repairs, water filtration systems and other general maintenance/upkeep.
I "flipped" my first home by making renovations, painting, installing floors, light fixtures, dry walling, and refinishing kitchen cabinets.
I would be interested in completing renovations to offset my rent if agreeable by both landlord and myself.
We are looking for a furnished, preferably a house (we’ll consider a condo or townhome), 2+ bedroom, 2+ bathroom, must have internet and preferably washer/dryer in unit.
