Homeless and need help (Grand Rapids)

I'm a young looking 46 year old single white male.
I'm a smoker and not a drug addict.
I'm currently waiting for an answer from disability and not working.
I'm able to cook and clean.
I have been a mechanic for 35 years and can do home renovation.
I'm a very helpful person to have around.
I get food stamps and am waiting on cash assistance.
