Looking for someone to get a place with

I'm looking for someone who is interested in looking for a house to rent together.
I want to move to the Walker area in the summer(after July).
I'm a 35F with one teen who will be with me full time, and one that I have half the week.
Only looking for another female, kids are fine obviously, but would prefer to live with no pets.
I work full time and have no debt, problem I run into is not making 3x plus the rent required to rent a place on my own.
