*Responsibilities*
* Assist Regional Manager with daily studio sales and operations
* Provide exceptional level of customer service to prospects and members
* Create an environment of support and encouragement
* Greet members, manage class check-ins, announce monthly promotions
* Contact prospects via face-to-face, phone, text and email communication
* Engage with prospects to determine fitness goals, develop rapport and book intro classes
* Support Intro Classes
* Sell memberships; learn and understand the options, effectively communicate them to prospects, overcome objections and close sale
* Help onboard new members
* Provide assistance and information on product features and membership details
* Become proficient with the client management software to troubleshoot member account inquiries and issues including class credits, billing details, cancellations, freezes, upgrades and downgrades, etc.
* Follow up on retention tasks using provided templates
* Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
* Engage members in Retail to increase sales
* Develop sales skills through consistent training and roleplaying
* Assist Regional Manager in the training of Sales Associates
* Ensure studio is staffed appropriately and fill in shifts when needed
* Merchandising of the retail section.
Change the display as needed and keep the slat wall updated by rotating inventory as directed by Merchandising Manager
* Participate in grassroots marketing and community outreach events
* Post to studio's social media pages daily
* Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible.
* Responsible for emergency opening and closing of studio as key holder
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio
