Budtender

*Job Description* Lake Life Farms goal is to provide a unique dispensary experience to the patients and customers that visit our location.
We need experienced and well diversified knowledge and skill sets to assist in accomplishing this.
Budtenders will work directly under the store general manager as well as the assistant manager, and will assist in accomplishing a multitude of tasks, on each end of the store.
*Job Responsibilities* *Responsibilities* · Ensure all customer identifications are valid and up to date · Work directly with customers to ensure everyone is engaged by means of a streamlined system · Have knowledge of product, and be able to recommend certain products for individuals · Basic cash handling and point of sale knowledge · Ensure store is always well maintained and clean · Work directly with product, ensuring proper packaging and weight amounts · Have an understanding of METRC, and how products are tracked · Be responsive to new methods and ideas that are presented *Qualification* · Experiences in retail sales preferred · Knowledge of cannabis products · Dispensary Experience Preferred, not required · Friendly, Outgoing, Trustworthy, Dependable, Entrepreneurial, and Hard Working · Customer service skills · 21 years of age · No felonies · Must Pass Background Check Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.
