Store Manager

Responsibilities: - Manage and develop store team, ensuring efficient operations and achieving sales targets - Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability - Lead and supervise a team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance - Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams - Strong sales background with a track record of achieving targets - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $37,000.
