Our Sales Associates make, on average, $40,000 to $80,000 per year working 40-44 hours per week.

This position works in our vibrant Ashley retail store located at 3160 28th Street SE, Kentwood, MI 49512.
Sales Associates are premier team members in the Highland River family in furniture and mattress sales, including the Highland River “Red Carpet Delivery” and product protection packages, and drive all facets of our business.
This essential role requires dedicated team members who enjoy working with people and specialize in translating customer visions into home furniture possibilities with our extensive furniture and mattress offerings through Ashley Furniture and mattress partners.
The position requires someone who can pay attention to critical details while working in a fast-paced, multi-task filled, retail work environment.

Uncapped Earning Potential - $40,000 to 80,000+ a year
Fifteen (15) Annual Paid Time Off Days (some immediately available with restrictions),
