Our First Impressions Team is responsible for being the friendly face for the client via the phone, booking service appointments to achieve the team goals by receiving inbound calls and outbounding, and onboarding customers to our MVP service - Service Professor's Customer Loyalty Program.
Shifts are Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm with on Saturday per month.
Responsibilities
Provide 5-Star quality customer service and establish a friendly relationship with prospective clients
Convert inbound and outbound calls into booked service appointments
Including details pertinent to the repair of the call
Presenting the benefits of our MVP service and onboarding new members
Preparing packets for technicians with relevant information and handouts
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, and personable
Capable of tactfully redirecting/de-escalating difficult calls
Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor
Qualifications
1 year of customer service or sales experience
Comfortable using phones and computers
Strong interpersonal communication skills
High school diploma required
Maintain a strong attendance
Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintain accuracy
Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Work independently and with teams
Able to learn Service Professor, Inc.
business systems
