Responsibilities:
REHAU Industries, LLC is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative for our Furniture Solutions divison.
The successful candidate enjoys sourcing new business opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calling and emails.
An Inside Sales Representative’s responsibilities include understanding customer needs and requirements to achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives.
You will also work closely with our order entry and customer service teams to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Must be comfortable making outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided
Source new sales opportunities to meet quarterly SIP goals
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest in our products
Maintain and expand your sales outreach within your assigned territory
Answer basic product information questions
Assign appropriate pricing structure to the accounts in your territory
Customer facing role with the support of Customer Service and Order Entry teams
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role
Experience working with a premier brand and promoting value through customer experience
Track record of achieving set sales goals/targets
Strong phone presence and experience in building relationships over the phone
Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM tool
Timeliness and personal organization are essential
Strong listening and presentation skills
Experience in multi-tasking and being able to prioritize and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree preferred
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on his or her skills, education, experience and geographic location.
Total compensation may also include bonuses consistent with REHAU’s corporate bonus plan.
