*HVAC Sales Representative*
Whitney Holdings is a small business operating in Michigan and Florida.
We are looking for a reliable professional to grow with us in sales.
You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.
*Position Summary:*
Responsible for managing HVAC sales across the business.
You will attract and maintain customers and ensure they receive exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful sales in residential HVAC services.
Experience in electrical and plumbing sales is a plus.
We are a fast paced, growing company looking for someone to drive sales.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage day-to-day customer communication and ongoing relationships through regular communication
* Proactively seeking out new opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and concerns
* Influence customers to make the right purchase decision by educating on HVAC and other products and services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and account management
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
* Follow up on all outstanding and open orders
* Negotiate pricing to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
* Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends
* Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies
* Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities
*Qualifications*
* Minimum of 2 yearsrelevant field experience in HVAC
* Proven track record in sales and customer management, preferably in the HVAC services industry
* Strong understanding of HVAC products, services, and applications
* Technical sales expertise, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical information to customers
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers

* Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and goals
* Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
