Job title: Manager – Portfolio, Pricing and GTM Enablement Department / Division: Marketing Salary Grade: EXA 19 Salary Range: $146,441 - $189,512 Location: Ada, MI *Note: This position is a hybrid remote/office role, and you must be able to report in-person to Ada on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as part of our collaboration days* What do we need: We are seeking an individual who is passionate about driving key strategic initiatives around Portfolio Transformation, Pricing and Go to Market Enablement through analysis and thought leadership all aligned towards Amway’s holistic Health and Wellbeing vision.
This person should have experience in the development & deployment of strategy & capabilities globally, all in the service of driving new and improved outcomes for Amway’s Business strategy and ensuring the connection point to ABO’s (Amway business owners) through affiliate teams.
What’s special about this team: The Portfolio, Pricing, GTM enablement is a team of highly skilled marketers and analysts with experience in fielding consumer and ABO related data, working towards driving insights across the Amway product portfolio, GTM strategies and solutions, as well as various market related trends.
This team sits as part of the broader Marketing - Portfolio, Project Management and Digital Marketing team.
The team works towards being a strategic enabler and driving insights providing to the Chief Marketing Officer, Corporate Marketing team, and ultimately in service of affiliates and ABO’s.
What’s special about this role: This role is critical to the success of our transformation of Amway Business Owners (ABOs) as the center of Health & Wellbeing communities.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team around strategic initiatives that will require a focus around thought leadership, executing roadmaps of deliverables and have a strong engagement with Centre functions and marketers.
To do this, the applicant will need to have a depth of understanding of Brand & Portfolio management, Pricing methodology and overall ABOs ways of working that will essential to manage the change management needed around the complex business environment of Amway to bring this work to life.
Experience specifically in managing multiple complex projects at the same time will be critical and will be further amplified through historical experience in further building out teams and competencies/skills amongst a group of people.
The incumbent will also look to connect with a community of practice with the marketing teams across the globe through sharing of key learnings and capability building.
Required qualifications: BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering or relevant discipline.
Master’s degree with business focus and additional experience to be considered.
es 12 years of relevant experience in Marketing and or Sales related roles.
Experience in leading key strategic initiatives and developing roadmap of deliverables including ABO change management.
Skills to be successful in the role: Managing budgets, building timelines, and basic business finance Experience communicating insights in a simple story.
Managing and prioritizing multiple and sometimes competing projects Ability to organize and influence a global community of experts.
Ability to form and maintain external and external expert networks.
A learning/growth mindset and ability to operate within an agile framework.
Fluency with digital platforms for data acquisition, analysis and presentation, communication and business software (e.
g.
