The primary responsibility of an Inside Sales Representative is the accurate and timely response to customer quote requests and product inquiries.
Responsibilities Identify which products a customer is looking for Accurately searching online for the correct products Sending sales quotes to customers Developing relationships with recurring customers Following up on quotes sent to encourage the customer to complete sales Processing orders resulting from quotes sent Requirements Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, scanners Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and Outlook in particular) Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic typing skills and computer skills Experience with macOS computers is a plus but not required Proficiency with internet browsing & searching is a must.
(familiarity with eBay, Amazon, online shopping is a plus) Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation This is a commission earning position, candidates will have a base pay plus commission.
There will be a training wage until working on own and earning commission.
