What this job involves: As a Project Coordinator at JLL you will work with the JLL Facility Management Account team supporting the Client’s capital and small project programs associated with facility management operations.
You will provide superior project administrative support for our Client and the JLL account team across the portfolio.
What your day-to-day will look like: Provide work order management support, purchase order administration, and reporting.
Collaborate with JLL account team to communicate client requirements and resolve issues.
Proactively manage project-related issues and demonstrate proficiency in project management technology.
Maintain accurate records for internal and external reviews.
Communicate with Client and JLL regularly via phone, email, and various systems.
Assist in project invoicing, reporting, reconciliations as needed.
Review funding requests for accuracy and appropriateness.
Seek opportunities for process improvements.
Complete special projects, upon request Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Ability to learn and operate in Client and JLL systems (Procore, Ariba, Corrigo) Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams/disciplines.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, diligence Ability to assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating results.
Quick learner and effective in unfamiliar tasks.
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in business or construction management.
2-3 years of experience project management administrative work.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal & external clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic knowledge of Smartsheet is a plus.
Proactive, self-starting, independent Strong time management and communication skills.
Real estate and/or Grocery experience is a plus.
