We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales representative who will work directly with Frost production colleagues and Frost customers.
This person will develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

*Quoting*.
Work with customers and Frost sales personnel to provide price and delivery on Frost products in a timely manner.
Be comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets to determine pricing.
2.
*Purchase Order Review*.
Flyspeck customer Purchase Orders for accuracy and completion before entering Sales Orders for Production fulfillment.
3.
*Sales Order Entry*.
Create sales orders from customer Purchase Orders and work with Frost production personnel to formally acknowledge Purchase Orders.
4.
*Shipping*.
At times work with Frost shipping personnel to estimate shipping charges and communicate to Frost sales personnel.
5.
*Trouble Shooting*.
Work as the point of contact between Frost production and Frost sales personnel to figure out issues relating to freight, delivery, returns, payments, etc.
6.
*Distributors & OEM’s*.
Be the point of contact to work with regional & national distributors and OEM’s to promote Frost products.
Become conversant in Frost products and collaborate as needed with Frost engineering to figure out part numbers, bills of materials, appropriate lubrication, etc.
in order to answer customer inquiries.
7.
*Multi-Tasking*.
Be able to multi-task on a daily basis between purchase order review, sales order entry, quote parts for customers, quote large assembly jobs for Frost sales personnel to deliver to customers, answer phone inquiries of various types from customers and overall do what it takes to help Frost achieve customer satisfaction.
*Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*: 1.
Inside Technical Sales experience with a Manufacturing setting a plus.
2.
Mechanical Background or Aptitude preferred.
3.
Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel & Word.
4.
Ability and willingness to learn new software.
5.
Good oral and written communication skills.
6.
Organized with ability to read and interpret documents.
7.
Meticulous attention to detail is required.
8.
2 or 4-year college degree preferred.
