Responsibilities:
Examines blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare for daily tasks.
Installs structures and fixtures such as windows and moldings.
Constructs building framework, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
Helps erect, level, and install building framework with the aid of rigging hardware and cranes.
Installs finished woodwork materials for the given job assignment.
Identifies and offers solutions to problems.
Completes daily task work.
Cleans work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have reliable, consistent transportation.
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years relative construction experience.
Heavy machinery operator cards are highly recommended.
Already or willing to become trained in CPR, OSHA 10-Hours certified and licensed on equipment.
