Process Technician

Responsibilities: *\*\*\*\*\*INJECTION MOLDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\** · Assist with training new employees to work standards and Quality Objectives utilizing team work and positive attitude · To monitor all plant production equipment.
Ensuring that quality parts are produced efficiently and safely by the accurate installation and maintenance of equipment.
· Ensure all process equipment functions accurately meeting cycle times and quality standards by: · Continually monitoring all vital systems involved in the production process and adjusts to meet quality and production standards.
· Assisting material handlers in the performance of their duties.
· Making corrections where necessary and possible; report such correction and problems to the Production Manager/ Group Leader.
· Ensure there is no quality or production interruption or errors due to your lack of giving or seeking information by.
· Fully informing the Plant Manager of all events affecting the shifts production capacity.
· Use shift overlap period to exchange information about shift operation and any special instructions from the previous Group Leader.
· Recommend, participate with the Group/ Team Leader in discussions regarding possible changes to improve quality of products.

· Report to Group Leader any defect in equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger him/her or another worker.
