Paint Process Technician - Spinelle

Process Technician Supports the operation of the paint lines by maintaining and controlling the Spinelle process.
Requires continuous and direct interaction with the Manager of Spinelle.
Duties: - Checks and monitors temperatures, chemical levels and feed rates - Cleans and repacks all filters as required - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment - Ensure proper functioning of machines and make adjustments as necessary - Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality - Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines - Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes - Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred - Knowledge of production processes and equipment operation - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication and teamwork skills *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
