Position Overview:
As a Production Associate at our canned beverage manufacturing plant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production of our high-quality beverages.
You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
* Perform duties near machinery, forklift trucks, and other ancillary production activities.
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of a production are to uphold sanitation standards and prevent contamination.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to coordinate production activities and resolve any issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Effective communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
* Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
