Wood Finisher

*Wood Finisher (Kentwood)* *TMC Furniture, Inc.
is looking for someone to join our team that has experience with spray finishing on wood products.
* *Duties and Responsibilities include the following:* · *Performs finishing work within spray booth* · *Performs color mixtures and color matches to product and production specifications * · *Applies wood finishes, stains, colors and textures* · *Performs all necessary product preparation work by sanding, repairing and conditioning wood for priming, staining, painting and finishing.
* · *Operates various sanding, wood cutting and drilling machines* *Other Qualifications:* · *Knowledge of unit measures and ability to operate hand tools* · *Knowledge of color matching and wood finishing* · *Prior experience working in a wood shop performing final finishes* · *Prior experience working in a spray booth* *Education and/or Experience:* · *High school diploma or general education degree (GED)* · *1 to 3 years related experience and/or training * · *Equivalent combination of education and experience.
