*Responsibilities*
* Provide top-notch customer service while installing new residential HVAC systems.
Note: this role does not involve new construction or commercial work.
* Lead installations from start to finish, adhering to the established plan for the job and making necessary adjustments.
* Work alongside a HVAC Helper, assisting with daily tasks.
* Offer customers advice and maintenance tips for their HVAC systems.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience.
Lead experience is preferred.
* EPA Universal License required
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
* Valid U.
S.
Driver's License.
