*Atlas Molded Products* is seeking a *Maintenance Coordinator* for the *Byron Center, MI* facility.
*Maintenance Coordinator* *Primary Responsibilities* * All aspects of CMMS/eMaint platform to include, but not limited to: * Enter maintenance requests and maintain data, ensuring that requests are completed correctly with proper documentation and timely reporting.
* Assist with scheduling of technicians to maintain level loading, and assure timely repairs are made (in conjunction with maintenance supervisor).
* Cross reference historical records and support the maintenance team by providing past repair details when needed.
* Enter maintenance purchasing requisitions and maintain * Organize, label, and maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and utilize the CMMS/eMaint platform to accurately track parts and reorder points.
* Complete monthly inventory with maintenance department and order parts & items that are low in stock.
* Monitor inventory and place orders when needed, complete paperwork once shipment of inventory has been received.
* Monitor maintenance database for completion of paperwork to make sure it was completed and turned in.
* Maintain and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual CMMS/eMaint records * Support Plant production regarding data entry *Maintenance Coordinator* *Experience* * Prior experience in a manufacturing/ industrial environment * Prior experience with data entry * Prior experience of administrative duties *Maintenance Coordinator* *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* * Organization.
Must have sound organizational skills.
