Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annually

Job Description:
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee supercenter grocery store remodeling project.
Planning, scheduling, sub-contractor's oversite, and implementation of project scope and specs.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Management: Ensure that all trade contractors and vendors adhere to MIOSHA guidelines and the Company’s safety and health manual.
Monitor the site for safe working practices and document any deviations.
Daily Logs: Document key aspects of the project daily, including trade contractor activities, weather observations, and other notable items.
Project Schedule Management: Create and manage a detailed construction schedule, including vendor scheduling and adjustments as necessary.
Update and upload the schedule in .
mpp format to Procore Drive after each update.
Meeting Leadership: Lead weekly Progress and Trade Contractor Progress Meetings.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure all technology is operational.
Municipality and Authority Coordination: Communicate and schedule inspections with local authorities and ensure trade contractors align their inspections with the project schedule.
Project Documentation: Utilize Procore tools for additional documentation, particularly the Observations tool, to hold Trade Contractors and Vendors accountable.
Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes that arise on site among trade contractors, vendors, and Meijer Team Members.
Additional Work Authorizations: Communicate any approved additional work authorizations to the Project Manager for proper cost tracking.
Cleanliness and Job-Site Security: Ensure job site cleanliness and security, documenting and communicating any deviations from established guidelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in construction.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and construction management processes.
Proficiency in Procore and other project management software.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
