Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the entirety of activities and team members on their respective production line.
To ensure an organized flow of product, packaging and information occurs to and from the line.
Conduct employee training, employee communication, oversee product changes on the line, and auditing of passed and rejected product.
To assist with racking, inspecting, packing, prep, or any other support position when needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Communication of daily production schedule and schedule changes
Summarize and report all required data from daily production, update boards hourly escalation process
Verify rejected parts to applicable quality standards and provide retraining
Organize packaging and product flow to and from the line
Communicate quality concerns and alerts to manager and line employees
Ensure appropriate printing and application of labels
Assist Quality & Operations Departments with training of all line production staff to Work Instructions
Communicate with Quality and Operations on all quality issues and initiatives
Organize rejection/re-work parts and assist in its repainting
Ensure 5s standards are followed at line
Daily recording and approving of employee hours and attendance
Enter production paperwork into IQMS
Perform other job functions as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to lift 20 lbs.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
