It is a 1099 employment.
You will be self employed and required to bring your own equipment to each job.
Contractors are paid weekly and pay depends on the job done.
```Duties:``` - Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment - Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment ```Qualifications:``` - Proven experience as a painter or similar role - Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials - Ability to use power tools and other equipment relevant to the job - Attention to detail and an eye for color - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time Skills: - Plastering: Experience with repairing plaster walls and surfaces.
- Restoration: Knowledge of restoring old or damaged surfaces.
- Power tools: Proficiency in using power tools such as sanders, sprayers, and paint mixers.
- Maintenance: Ability to maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Carpentry: Basic carpentry skills for minor repairs or modifications.
- Fixture installation: Experience with installing fixtures such as hooks, shelves, or light fixtures.
- Stucco: Familiarity with applying stucco finishes on walls or ceilings.
- Building: Basic understanding of building structures and materials.
- Schematics: Ability to read and interpret schematics or blueprints for painting projects.
- Airless paint spraying: Proficiency in using airless paint sprayers for efficient application.
