```Duties```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Keep tools organized and trailer clean
- Coordinate and work with subcontractors and other team members
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation, drywall and painting
- Conduct construction materials estimates
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with project manager, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
- Proficiency in various carpentry techniques including framing, flooring , drywall installation, trim work, etc.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration and mold remediation processes
- Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
